COMMUNITY CLEANUP

Members of the Mauricetown Historical Society and the Commercial Township Environmental Commission recently completed a roadside cleanup as part of the Clean Communities initiative. The group cleaned the Mauricetown Bypass from the blinking light on Buckshutem Road to North Avenue. In the end, 13 bags of trash and many recyclables were collected.

COOL SHADES

Students and staff across the Millville Public School District put on their special glasses and viewed the recent solar eclipse in real time. Prior to near totality at 3:23 p.m. on April 9, schools participated in learning activities related to the eclipse.
