CARNEYS POINT — Salem Community College has issued an alert regarding a malicious actor who has been contacting some of the school’s vendors, falsely claiming to “sell ad space” on the college athletics website hosted by Presto Sports. These communications have been conducted via email under the name “Michael Kessler” (email: mkesslerpublicationsgroupnet) and through phone calls from the number (609) 297-5355.
This individual is fraudulently representing themself as acting on behalf of Salem Community College. Please note, they are NOT affiliated with Salem Community College or Presto Sports in any way.
If contacted, don’t respond. And report the interaction immediately to the Salem Community College Help Desk at (856) 351-2671.
