Kudos…Ashley Presgraves who was recently presented with an award and scholarship sponsored by the Daughters of the American Revolution to acknowledge her patriotism and Cumberland County 4-H participation. Presgraves, of Millville, has been a member of the Trailblazers 4-H Horse Club for more than a decade.
This award was developed in 2019 to recognize a recently graduated 4-H member who has been a community leader. Presgraves attends Immaculata University.
DAR members come from a variety of backgrounds and interests, but all share a common bond of having an ancestor who helped contribute to securing the independence of the United States of America.
