OK. We admit it. We spoke too soon. Just a few weeks ago in this very spot, we mentioned how pleasant the weather had been during the month of June. We flip the calendar to July and the temperature has been turned up a notch, with most days this month topping out in the upper 80s to low 90s. Throw in the humidity, and it makes it quite uncomfortable outside. Stay cool!

Cape May County 4-H Fair will be held from Thursday, July 20 through Saturday, July 22.
Be sure to attend and support the children while also enjoying a tasty chicken barbecue.

St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church will host a chicken barbecue from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 22.
