MEGAN SHEPPARD of the Cumberland County Department of Health, spoke to members of the Rotary Club of Tri-County recently at a club meeting. The Cumberland County Department of Health is dedicated to the promotion, protection, and improvement of the public’s health in partnership with the communities that it serves. Sheppard spoke on the various initiatives and the areas it focuses on which encompasses all of Cumberland County.
