BRIDGETON — Looking for a way to save on the water bill, or reduce overall water useage? The Cumberland County Library will host a Rain Barrel Take & Make workshop at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4 at the library, 800 E. Commerce St. At this workshop, set up in partnership with the American Littoral Society, participants will learn how to build a rain barrel and attach them to a roof gutter to collect rain water to use for gardening and yard watering, car washing, and much more. All participants will get to make a rain barrel to take home. Although families and groups may participate together, there is a limit of one barrel per household. Registration is required. Call the library at 453-2210 ext. 26104.
