A review of the fourth quarter Cumberland County real estate market shows the median house sale came in at $204,000, while the listed median registered at $199,000.
In addition, the total number of units sold were 455. And, the cumulative days on the market averaged 41, while the end of the month inventory was 309.
In Gloucester County the sold median finished at $257,500 with the listed median price registering at $259,900. Units sold were 1,283, while cumulative days on the market was 28 and the end of month inventory checked in at 366.
Over in Salem County the median sale was recorded at $185,000, while the listed median was $195,000. During the quarter, 271 units were sold, while end of month inventory was 199. And, cumulative days on the market was 94.
And in Atlantic County the sold median registered at $235,00, while the listed median was $267,450. The number of units sold finished at 243 with an end of month supply of 183. And the cumulative days on the market was 47.
