FKBP5 Gene: Its Role in Some Holocaust Survivors


VINELAND — The South Jersey Holocaust Coalition will present “FKBP5 Gene: Its Role in Some Holocaust Survivors, Their Offspring and in Depression and PTSD.” The program will be held 4:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22 at the Vineland Board of Education, 61 W. Landis Ave.
Registration is required for the program that will be hosted by Dr. Don Marsh, a Vineland High School graduate. Discussion will focus on the gene’s potential role in individual’s concepts regarding food, depression, and post-traumatic disorder, and drugs being used and being developed to block the activity of the FKBP5 gene.
