DEERFIELD TWP. — Interested in learning about native plants? Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cumberland County is sponsoring a bus trip on Friday, July 29 to the Mt. Cuba Center in Delaware where participants will receive a two-hour in-depth tour focused on native plants. After the tour there will be time to explore the natural gardens. The bus will depart from 291 Morton Ave. at 9:30 a.m. and arrive back by 3:30 p.m. The cost is $10 for the bus trip and tour. Registration is required as there is limited space on the bus.
