THE VINELAND African American Community Development Corp. will present Ty Lewis’ “Papa May Have” at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10 in celebration of Black History Month. The performance will be held at the Luciano Theatre at the Rowan College of South Jersey, Vineland. Tickets are $25. RCSJ is located at 3322 College Dr.

THE COMMUNITY Foundation of South Jersey has awarded Hands Up Silent Theatre $5,000 to support performing arts. Hands Up Silent Theatre, based in Millville, supports performing arts programming for the deaf and hearing community across Cumberland County.

ALCOHOL INK TILE WORKSHOP will be held 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19 at Gallery 50, 50 E. Commerce St., Bridgeton. The workshop will be presented by Tara Sherman who has mastered the art of alcohol ink tile making. Workshop costs $25. Participants will be given art supplies, alcohol inks, markers and two tiles. Sherman will share her techniques to create the bright and beautiful tiles. Call 575-0090 to reserve a spot.

RIVERFRONT RENAISSANCE Center for the Arts recently announced that just under $17,000 in sales has been realized since November’s opening of exhibits & Artful Giving at the RRCA in Millville. Artists receive the majority of the funds. The RRCA would like to say, “Thank you for supporting artists this holiday season.” For more information about the RRCA call 327-4500. “GUILTY PLEASURES” exhibit will be on display at the Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts, 22 N. High St., Millville starting Friday, Jan. 20. Art will depict an activity, habit, food, interest, hobby, etc. that a person feels shame or guilt for enjoying, because they feel they will be judged by others.
The Witt Gallery will be home to the Annual Affiliate Artist Group Show: This group of RRCA member artists includes 3-D work, jewelry, and a variety of styles and media. Meet the artists and discuss their art journey and inspirations.  
The Atrium Gallery will be feature a pop up exhibit, and the Associate Artist Alcove will display work by Tim Faherty and Betty Fernandez: both associate artist members are accomplished painters and share a selection of current work.
Additionally, there will be live music from 6 to 8 p.m. during the reception performed by Train Wreck featuring Jeff Munsick, Bill Gatier and Jarrod Headley.
