CLAIRE COSSABOON of Bridgeton is exibiting her photography through March 21 in Gallery 207 of Westby Hall on the campus of Rowan University, Glassboro where she is a senior fine arts major.
Entitled Portrait, the exhibit represents Cossaboon’s senior thesis. There is a reception for the photographer 7 p.m. Thursday, March 11.
“I have an incredible passion for photography, and I have been shooting professional quality portraits for a wide variety of individuals for the past few years,” Cossaboon says. “This series is a project I have been developing for the past six months. The collection questions the traditional notions that previously defined a portrait.”
With a concentration in photography and an art history minor, Cossaboon is currently gallery director of Rowan’s High Street Gallery in Glassboro, and expects to graduate in May.
