Through her position, Diaz helps youth get involved in a core group of research-based and nationally-recognized programs which promote leadership, life skills, career pathways, community service and more in their club participation.
These core programs are supplemented with additional club programs based on a youth’s interests and needs identified through the case management process.
With the club for two years, Diaz is credited with doing an excellent job of helping area youth stay active in programming, tracking their progress and assisting them in being the best they can be in their school and community.
