VINELAND — “Food entrepreneurs,” do you have that secret recipe that everyone wants to try?
Learn how the Rutgers Food Innovation Center can assist you with developing your business and manufacturing your product efficiently and economically from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Nov. 13 in meeting room A of the Cumberland County One-Stop Center, 275 N. Delsea Dr.
The free program will be presented by Diane D. Holtaway, associate director of Rutgers Food Innovation Center in Bridgeton.
“Whether you are a farmer, start up or existing food manufacturer, restaurateur, baker, or food service employee,” she says, “come see how the Rutgers Food Innovation Center can assist you with your business development, product development, regulatory, manufacturing and marketing needs to start or grow your business.”
