TRENTON — The Garden State will not allow the return of indoor dining on Thursday as originally outlined in Phase 2 of the COVID-19 reopening plan, according to Gov. Phil Murphy. Murphy decided to nix the indoor dining plan after seeing bar and restaurant crowds failing to wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines. The plan is paused indefinitely.
