Rottkamp of Shiloh and Betsy, an 8-week-old Golden Retriever being raised by Joan Malony of Upper Deerfield Township. Information about the Seeing Eye puppies may be viewed in the display case at the Cumberland County Library, 800 E. Commerce St., (Route 49), Bridgeton. When Seeing Eye puppies reach the age of 7 or 8 weeks, they are delivered to the homes of volunteer “foster families” who nurture and care for the puppies until they are about 13 to 15 months old.
