With Labor Day falling as late as it does on the calendar this year, Monday, Sept. 7, there’s no excuse not to have the best possible grilling menu for your Labor Day celebration. As always, there’s no shortage of premium choices to fill your menu with all the crowd pleasers. Be safe and Happy Labor Day weekend!

Marcacci meats will guide you in serving up mouthwatering delights one would expect from a Labor Day gathering.

A surefire way to please the folks in attendance is to grill Marcacci’s famous burgers that are $29 for a 10-pound box. Want to take it to the next level? Try the T-bone, porterhouse or bone-in ribeye steaks for just $6.99 a pound. Drumsticks are also a tasty choice. Pick up a 40-pound case for $15.

Joe’s Butcher Shop is ready to serve as barbecue central and “meat” all of your Labor Day grilling needs.

You can’t go wrong with their own burger assortment, including bacon and cheese, jalapeno cheese or blue cheese. Keep the saliva glands in overdrive with pork baby back spare ribs at just $3.99 a pound.
