Joe’s Butcher Shop is ready to serve as barbecue central and “meat” all of your Memorial Day grilling needs.

You can’t go wrong with 5 pounds of lean ground chuck, 5 pounds of chicken leg quarters, 10 pounds of frozen spare ribs and one box of 24 Dietz and Watson hot dogs for just $59.99. Or, if you want to go upscale, mouthwatering sirloin steaks are only $5.99 a pound. And, remember that this weekend is the unofficial start of summer, so a few propane tanks may be running low.
