Laws, of Mill-ville, will coordinate and drive volunteer participation on Vision Councils to guide UWGPSNJ in Cumberland County’s Impact work, facilitate the Impact grant review process, serve as a liaison for UWGPSNJ’s Impact Partners and perform select fundraising and development duties.
Prior to this, Laws served as a loaned executive for UWPGSNJ in Cumberland County, where she assisted in managing the annual workplace campaign and increased the public sectorcampaign by 41 percent.
She resides in Millville with her husband Chris and their three daughters, MaKenna, Bristol and Sarah.
“For as long as I can remember, making a difference in my community has been incredibly important to me,” Laws said. “Working for an organization that shares that value, as United Way does, gives me an opportunity to make a lasting difference in our community.”
