To understand what Americans are doing to look and feel their best in time for summer, Tyson Foods conducted a national survey on behalf of the Tyson Grilled & Ready product line. The survey looked at what is motivating Americans to make positive changes to their lifestyle, and found that 79 percent of Americans making a change are planning to eat healthier. How are they doing this? Results show 41 percent are counting calories, 36 percent plan to eat 98 percent fat-free meats and one-third are opting for pre-prepared meals. When the survey looked at specific foods, 74 percent of Americans plan to eat more grilled chicken, along with fruits, veggies and whole grains.
