A review of the second quarter Cumberland County real estate market shows the median house sale came in at $190,000, while the listed median registered at $199,000.

In addition, the total number of units sold were 435. And, the cumulative days on the market averaged 60, while the end of the month inventory was 289.

In Gloucester County the sold median finished at $255,000 with the listed median price registering at $259,999. Units sold were 1,369, while cumulative days on the market was 23 and the end of month inventory checked in at 583.

Over in Salem County the median sale was recorded at $181,000, while the listed median was $199,000. During the quarter, 265 units were sold, while end of month inventory was 220. And, cumulative days on the market was 65.
