Artists’ Walk of Fame Induct.

MILLVILLE — As part of National Artists’ Day and for the second year, the Glasstown Arts District will celebrate by installing two artists’ stone plaques into the Walk of Fame located in the gardens at the Village on High, 501 N. High Street. A short induction ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 1. Artists to receive the honor are: Jacqueline Sandro, a ceramic artist and the director of the Clay College located in the Arts District; and Robert Price better known as “Sitar Bob,” has been involved with the art scene from the musical perspective for more than a decade. Price is an admirer of short film and helped the Arts District establish a short film festival several years ago.
