The American Vegan Society will host a Dinner After Dark at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18 at Carême’s restaurant. The restaurant is at the Academy of Culinary Arts on the campus of Atlantic Cape Community College, 5100 Black Horse Pike. The public is invited to experience a meal prepared and served by culinary students under the direction of their chef-educator.
