The National Alliance on Mental Illness Cumberland County Chapter will hold its annual picnic at 6 p.m. Monday, June 16 at Chestnut Assembly of God, 2554 E. Chestnut Ave. The next regular meeting is planned for Monday, July 21. The picnic will be open to all members, their families, and anyone else interested in learning about NAMI. Those coming can bring a hot or cold entrée or side dish of their choice. NAMI Cumberland County is a support, education, and advocacy group serving consumers of mental health services, as well as the families and friends of persons affected by a serious mental illness.
